The real purpose for each of us in the world is to listen and respond to your own heart, when another heart
calls out for help.

One World Heart is a non denominational Colorado, USA non profit formed for the discovery and promotion of the needs of children to provide aid for their well being, education, empowerment and joy.

We contribute to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual welfare of children that may be what we term "falling through the cracks" and we assist them by "filling up the void". 

In our current times, there is even a greater void in the lives of many children; social and other government programs can at best only supply about 80% of basic survival needs. There are also many who fall short of qualifying for this type of assistance for multiple reasons.

We hope to supplement the short fall in the lives of children by gifting the items that are beyond the limited funding abilities of other programs.


Discovery

One World Heart does not wait for the children to find us, instead we intentionally seek them out and other child related local hero projects, identifying them through Social Services, Churches, Schools, and by interacting within the communities. Many of our recipients are discovered through silent observation, where we notice someone in a park, a store or in the streets and respond to their need without them ever knowing who we are or where the gift came from; similar to a silent Santa Claus, yet we function year round because their needs are not limited to just the holidays.

Well Being and Joy

We are all in this together and know a simple acknowledgement helps a child realize they are truly loved. Sometimes it takes something as simple as a kind word, a gentle smile or a hug to fill the emotional and mental void allowing them to know they have not been forgotten.

Every child's well being is vital in order to realize a healthier more prosperous sustainable world. We also provide the physical needs of the children that are not being covered within the scope of our financial means.

We are dedicated to bringing joy to as many kids as we can by gifting something they or their families can not afford. We know one gift can bring happiness to their heart, restore a smile on their face and help them realize their innate value thereby changing their life forever.

Education and Empowerment

At One World Heart we believe that giving empowers children to grow and in turn become givers themselves. We do not desire to enable dependency, rather we intend to foster their self-confidence by acknowledging their true value so they may become a positive contributing force in the world.

When a child is given to with loving kindness their self esteem instantly escalates; they realize they matter and know they have not been forgotten or thrown by the wayside. With positive acknowledgement they feel a sense of self worth and begin to believe in themselves. They grow in heart, expand their minds and express their spirit in many creative ways becoming  loving self-reliant, self-responsible people that can benefit many more.

Programs and Promotion

One World Heart helps in Four ways.

One World Heart is dependent upon public donations and foundational grants. The majority of our funds go directly towards purchasing gifts and are allocated to the children or local hero projects relationally to funds on hand.

First, with your contributions to One World Heart of Gold Fund we purchase and deliver items for the immediate needs and wants of a child.  We also support small heart centered community projects, we call Local Heroes,  ordinary neighborhood people providing an extraordinary service to their neighbors.

Second, we contribute our own time, talents and 35+ years of skilled experience to create web pages hosted here and on two other highly searched web sites to expand the Global awareness of the existence of the many children in need. This enables them to gain greater exposure reaching billions of internet users who are also seeking to be contributing gift givers of financial donations, items, talents and skills. Third, we provide a resource page searchable by state, city or town so those in need may locate additional helping hands related non-profits, organizations and community projects within their physical location.

Goal

When you donate to One World Heart of Gold Fund, you support our ongoing efforts of helping a child smile and know they are important and loved.

In honor of the ONE, one heart, one mind, one spirit; our goal is to collect at least one dollar for every person on the planet, to maintain The One World Heart of Gold Fund through the generosity of those like you who are fortunate enough to be able to give at least one dollar to continue to grow our funds to fill the void of the children falling through the cracks.

Our goal is large and the mission is vast, yet this is where the One concept comes into play. One person can make only a tiny difference, yet if we all do something collectively, we can change the world one smile at a time!

At One World Heart, Ltd. we begin each day by asking to be led to a place and be guided with grace to make a difference in a child's life; to give from our hearts that of which will foster their self-worth.

Purpose

The truth of the real purpose for each of us in the world is to listen and respond to your own heart, when another heart calls out for help.

We are all ONE... Every child deserves to be encouraged and inspired to be great by knowing they are important! There is no greater joy than to see a smile on a child's face who suddenly realizes they matter!
